I teach art-making as a place to reflect critically on where we find meaning as individuals and as a public.

Whether working with my first year students at the University of Texas, adults at local community centers, or professionals at large organizations, I create experiences that organize and communicate important ideas and show my students how to do the same.

(Enroll now in our spring class!)

I’m currently an Assistant Professor of Practice and an Art Foundations Area Head at UT Austin.

I lead professionals through creative workshops that use art-making as a way to enhance empathy, collaboration, and self-understanding.
